Health Safety Environment & Quality

The Rosebery Group operate an Integrated Management System (IMS) combining the standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. All three of these ISOs possess an Annex SL structure, which means they have a common structure of 10 clauses.

This means it is easier to integrate other Rosebery documented management systems as the standards are structured in the same way, consistent and support each other. The Rosebery Group IMS Manual and IMS framework also follow a common structure to enable consistency and maintain familiarity and continued recognition of the similarity between them all.

Health & Safety

Our policy is always to provide a safe and healthy working environment for all who are involved with or who may be affected by our operations. All of our personnel are adequately and repeatedly trained in all aspects of health and safety required to carry out their duties safely and we are able to demonstrate a proven track record of working safely in all manner of environments.

Our continued aim is to ensure that all of our personnel comply with the various procedures specific to our client. This policy applies to employees and sub-contractors alike and is periodically reviewed and revised as necessary in order to take account of new legislation or changes to our operations. It is also administered by our own dedicated SHE Department, which undertakes regular SHE Audits and introduces or revises safety procedures as required.

In recognition of our efforts, we have been the recipient of The Engineering Construction Industry Association’s Safe Working Award and ROSPA silver award. We are also members of Safe contractor & CHAS.
