Health, Safety, Environment and Quality

We can not over emphasise the importance we place on health and safety!

Our policy is always to provide safe and healthy working environments for all of those who are involved with or who may be affected by our operations. All of our personnel are adequately and repeatedly trained in all aspects of health and safety and we are able to demonstrate a proven track record working in all manner of environments.

We have implemented an innovative award scheme to help motivate our staff.  Open to all our employees, they receive prizes for any idea or suggestion that improves our efforts.

Our continued aim is to ensure that all of our personnel comply with the various procedures encountered on our Clients’ sites. This policy applies to employees and sub-contractors alike and is periodically reviewed and revised as necessary in order to take account of  new legislation or changes to our operations. It is also administered by our own dedicated SHE/QA Department, which undertakes regular SHE Audits and introduces or revises safety procedures as required.

Further guidance is enlisted from outside organisations such as The Electrical Contractors Association (Management Systems Hotline) when required. In recognition of our efforts, we have been the recipient of The Engineering Construction Industry Association’s Safe Working Award.

ENVIRONMENT

In addition to making significant efforts to reduce waste production, energy efficiency is at the forefront of our designs and installations.

We are compliant with the building regulations and endeavour to implement the latest energy saving technologies.

Our efforts in this area have been recognised by our local authority, Ellesmere Port and Neston, business environment association who have awarded our efforts to protect the environment.

QUALITY  ASSURANCE

Certified to meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2000, our quality system has been developed to conform with BS EN 9001 and to ensure that all our activities consistently meet customer, statutory and regulatory requirements.
